Questions about babies and their nutrition, including mothers who aren’t breastfeeding or are partially breastfeeding 

Q&A session led by the course instructor Discussions among mothers and parents, as well as getting to know one another in a discussion circle

Expert guidance/short presentations on one specific topic:
Infant nutrition / breastfeeding / latching / weaning, introducing solid foods / BLW, (paced) bottle-feeding, safe sleep for babies, babywearing, skin care & baby massage, (cloth) diapering, body awareness & postpartum recovery, mental health, and much more.
